<p>Societe Miniere de Boke (SMB) will be able to export 35 million tonnes of bauxite from Guinea per year once the third phase infrastructure project is completed, MiningSink reported.</p> <p><img style="vertical-align: middle; display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="http://www.alcircle.com/uploads/images/488889044.jpg" alt="news" width="448" height="298" /></p> <p>SMB, co-founded by Singapore&rsquo;s Winning International Group, China&rsquo;s Hongqiao Group, Yantai Port Group and Guinea&rsquo;s UMS, entered into production in July 2015. The JV exported 8 million tonnes of bauxite from July 2015 to July 2016 and exports hit over 10 million tonnes in 2016, challenging Guinea-based CBG&rsquo;s leadership.&nbsp;</p> <p>{googleAdsense}</p> <p>Construction of mining sites in the first two phases and Katougouma port has been finished. The third phase infrastructure project is scheduled to begin in 2017, with investment at $250 million. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
