Refund & Cancellation Policy
Overview
AL Circle is a global virtual ecosystem for the aluminium industry and a B2B marketplace connecting manufacturers, suppliers, and buyers worldwide — offering trade networking, market reports, industry insights, price trends, real-time news, and analysis across the value chain.
All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are provided once payment has been made, except where explicitly stated below.
Our Products & Refund Terms
I. Paid Reports & Publications
- All report purchases are delivered digitally (PDF or online access) unless otherwise stated.
- Once payment is received, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
II. Subscriptions (AL News / AL Biz / AL Learn)
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period (monthly/annual).
- You retain access until that date. No partial-period or pro-rated refunds are issued for time already paid for.
III. Courses & Certifications (AL Learn)
- Course fees are non-refundable once course materials or session links have been accessed or issued.
- If a scheduled live session is cancelled or rescheduled by AL Circle, you will be offered a make-up session or credit toward a future course — no cash refund.
Exceptions
We will investigate and, where confirmed, correct the following — these are the only cases eligible for a refund or credit:
- Duplicate charges — you were billed more than once for the same order.
- Failed or unconfirmed transactions — payment was deducted but the order/subscription was not activated.
- Technical error on our end — you were charged an incorrect amount due to a pricing or system error.
Report such issues to support within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment (transaction ID / bank statement).
