Ekta Joshi named key managerial personnel at Hind Aluminium Industries

On the resignation of Ms Ankita Vishwakarma on April 15, 2026, Hind Aluminium, the manufacturer of aluminium & alloy conductors and aluminium wire rods, initiated a smooth leadership transition process and named Ms Ekta Joshi as her successor and designated her as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. On the same day at the board meeting, the directors even gave a green signal for the appointment of Ms Joshi.

Being an associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (membership number A80059), Ms Joshi, in her position, brings a combination of secretarial and legal expertise. She is all set to take on the responsibilities as she is a Commerce Graduate and has hands-on experience in corporate compliance and governance.

In the term of regulatory requirements, the company has finished the necessary disclosures in line with Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations. It has also followed SEBI Circular No.SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024, along with the later circular issued on 30 January 2026. The formal letter to the Corporate Relationship Department of BSE Limited was signed by Managing Director Shailesh Daga (DIN: 00074225) and includes all the information needed about the change in key managerial personnel.
