

Hind Aluminium Industries Limited has reported to the BSE that fluctuations in its share price are due to overall market trends rather than significant developments at the Company itself.

On April 8, 2026, the BSE asked a question about stock price volatility. On April 9, the Company responded that the fluctuations in stock prices were due to external forces in their markets.
Hind Aluminium also confirmed compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, adding that all price-sensitive information has been disclosed in a timely manner.
The company said that there is no material undisclosed information that could explain the recent movement in its stock price.

It reiterated its commitment to maintaining disclosure standards and ensuring regular communication with stock exchanges.
The clarification was signed by Ankita Vishwakarma, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
Even amid recent fluctuations, the stock has posted gains across key periods, rising by 1.89 per cent in a day, 17.73 per cent over five days, and 17.02 per cent in a month. It has increased 68.41 per cent over a six-month period, 63.42 per cent over a twelve-month period, and 225.22 per cent over a five-year period.
