Recovery of European aluminium foil demand

Due to the continued recovery of demand for aluminium foil products in Europe the market is recovering slowly.
The gap between 2014 and 2015 aluminium foil production narrowed to just a 0.3% drop by the end of the third quarter, compared with 2.5% in the first quarter of the year, reports the European Aluminium Foil Association EAFA.
The EAFA region covers EU 28, Armenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, Serbia, Switzerland and Turkey. This continues the trend seen in the second quarter.
