Real Alloy Holdings Inc. a Beachwood based company has reportedly invested $24 million in acquiring “select assets” of Beck Aluminium Alloys based at Mayfield Heights, along with "significant minority equity ownership interest" in an affiliated aluminum and alloy broker/distributor.
The deal gave Real Alloy Holdings operating rights on recycling facilities in Houston, Mt. Pleasant and Wis., along with the much lazed arena in Lebanon, Pa. Another significant part of the acquisition is that it also includes three very crucial operation locations in Wisconsin, Texas and Pennsylvania. Expansion to all three locations at once will open up new pathways to the company to set up a strong field thus expanding its offering into “high purity foundry alloys". The company will now focus on giving access to primary aluminium and other primary based alloys” to its customers thus meeting the needs of the customers thereby positioning a strong foot in the areas, as stated in the partnership deal with the broker/distributor known as Beck Trading.

Real Alloys, which is now a minor of Sherman Oaks, Calif.-based Real Industry Inc., used to be a part of Aleris International Inc.'s North American and European Recycling and Specification Alloys businesses. According to the decision of separation proclaimed in 2014 Real Alloys part of the business was sold to what was then called as Signature Group Holdings Inc. Whereas, earlier this year, the move to a new spot in Beachwood — out of the building with Aleris was announced.
As the release stated, the acquisition would help Real Alloy expand its footprint both in the primary and secondary aluminium business.
