Manaksia Aluminium AGM: ₹2.5 billion RPT cap approved with Metal Star

Manaksia Aluminium Company Limited has secured shareholder approval for related party transactions (RPTs) of up to INR 250 crore or INR 2.5 billion (USD 26.12 million) with its wholly owned subsidiary, Metal Star Ceiling Panel Trading FZE, at its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Manaksia Aluminium also received approval for RPTs worth up to INR 1 billion (USD 10.45 million) with Athena Deox and Alloys Private Limited.

The AGM was held on September 22, 2026, through two-way Video Conferencing and Other Audio Visual Means. The meeting began at 1:30 PM and concluded at 2:33 PM.
The resolutions approved at the meeting covered financial statements, dividend, leadership appointments and related-party transactions.
Along with the RPT approvals, shareholders adopted the company’s audited financial statements for FY2026 and approved a final dividend of INR 0.05 (USD 0.00052) per equity share on shares with a face value of INR 1 (USD 0.01) each.
Sunil Kumar Agrawal had retired by rotation, and was re-appointed as a Director at Manaksia Aluminium. Thereafter, he was approved for another three-year term as Managing Director, effective November 23, 2026.
