Golkonda Aluminium shifts registered office to a new address

The proposal for the relocation of the registered office within the same city of New Delhi has been approved by Golkonda Aluminium Extrusions Limited after the company’s board meeting on May 9, 2026. The meeting started at 2:00 PM and ended at 2:30 PM. During the board meeting, the plan was passed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The new registered office address of the company will be changed from A-2/78-B, Keshav Puram, New Delhi – 110035, to 1003, 10th Floor, Vikram Tower, Rajendra Place, New Delhi – 110008. The new address will become effective from May 9, 2026. It is important to note that the change of address has been made within the geographic boundary of the city itself.

Golkonda Aluminium Extrusions Limited, engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading of aluminium extrusions, mentioned that there would be no effect on the business activities or financial standing of the company due to this move. This kind of move can be made for various reasons, like ease of access.

The responsibility of fulfilling the procedures for the change can be undertaken by any director or company secretary as per the instructions issued by the board. The notice has been filed with the BSE Limited in the name of the Director, Dharmendra Gupta.

With regard to the change process, the company needs to ensure that it makes necessary changes to its official record books. The emphasis now shifts towards completing all the paperwork for the shift.
