This filing, issued by Golkonda’s Registrar & Share Transfer Agent Beetal Financial & Computer Services Pvt Ltd., is related to Regulation 74(5) under the SEBI (Depositories and Participants') Regulations, 2018.
Beetal Financial confirmed that all securities received from depository participants for dematerialisation during Q4FY26 were verified and processed. It stated that the securities were confirmed to the depositories and listed on the stock exchanges where the company’s shares are traded.

The registrar further noted that the company complied with the prescribed 15-day timeline.

On the market front, the company’s stock performance remained mixed. It declined 0.81 per cent in one day but gained 12.73 per cent over five days and 0.55 per cent over one month. However, returns stood negative over longer periods, with a fall of 34.02 per cent in six months, 29.80 per cent in one year, and 21.64 per cent over five years.
