The aluDOOR series
Launched back in 2022, the firm’s aluDOOR series showcases a hinged-lid design, which boosts protection ratings, ranging from IP66 all the way up to IP69K. Users are able to choose between a recessed or smooth top section, making it perfect for advanced control panels and display systems. Additionally, the “lid-closed” installation method ensures the safety of both the seal and internal electronics during the assembly stage.
The aluKOM range
The firm's aluKOM range is deemed to be a versatile solution for terminal enclosures, providing IP66 protection and compatibility with standard industry sizes. This makes it easier to replace existing units. However, on the other hand, this is said to have four configurations, which feature either flat or raised covers paired with various base section designs as well as meet IP66 and IP67 standards for a wide range of applications.
The conFORM enclosure
The needed protection against electromagnetic interference for the electronics, the firm provides with conFORM enclosure series as solution. This is because this series features an in-built RFI/EMI shielding, which has been possible because of a unique tooth-and-rail system that seamlessly integrates into both the lid and base.

Other diecast handheld enclosure solutions
The firm has also introduced the handCASE series of diecast handheld enclosures, which are being crafted for enhancing effective field use. Within this series, there are two models, including the S model, which boasts a bevelled lid and the other is the R model, known for its narrow-edged lid. Both models include the IP66 and IP67 protection levels.
The firm enables its consumers with the option to customise all the enclosures with durable, weather-resistant F9-rated powder coatings that meet WIWeB standards and are suitable for military applications. These coatings come in a variety of colours, including RAL 6031-F9 bronze green, RAL 1039-F9 sand beige, RAL 8027-F9 leather brown, and RAL 9021-F9 tar black, ensuring effective camouflage in both visible and near-infrared light. Additionally, the same coatings are available in wet-painted finishes and comply with essential military standards, including the defence equipment standard VG 95211.
In all, the firm has been and is continuing to offer a range of accessories, such as cable glands, pressure compensation elements, terminal blocks, mounting plates, rails, hinges, brackets and lid supports. With these solutions, the firm provides customised and value-added services, including CNC machining, engraving, integrated RFI/EMI shielding, bonding of display windows, screen and digital printing, tin and electroless nickel plating, SurTec 650 surface protection, and complete assembly of components.
