Bauxite Reserves More than 0.7 Billion Tons in Guangxi

Xiao Jiangang, the director of Department of Land and Resources of Guangxi figured out there were more than 0.7 billion tons of proven bauxite in Guangxi.With other regions still in the process of being investigated,the reserves will reach over 1 billion tons.
It is learned that bauxite in Guangxi is high grade,on large scale,and buried shallow. At present, three main alumina plants of Guangxi with abundant bauxite resources are the resource base for the sustainable development of local aluminum industry and their production capacity will be over 6000 thousand tons.
