Average alumina spot price in China remains same at RMB 2,818/t; A00 aluminium ingot price slips by RMB 250/t

According to the Shanghai Metals Market, the average alumina spot price in China has remained restrained to stand at RMB 2818 per tonne, as of Tuesday, January 4.

For the same day in Henan and Shanxi, the price has stood the same to stand at RMB 2,835 per tonne, respectively. On the other hand in Shandong and Guizhou, the price has also remained restrained, to peg at RMB 2,860 per tonne and RMB 2,760 per tonne. In other provinces like Guangxi, Lianyungang and Bayuquan, the average alumina spot price has remained unchanged. The price has been recorded at RMB 2,700 in Guangxi, RMB 2,875 in Lianyungang and RMB 2,925 in Bayuquan.

Al Fluoride price in China has gone down by RMB 500 per tonne to close at RMB 12,500 per tonne. The average price for the same is expected to orbit between RMB 12,000 per tonne and RMB 13,000 per tonne.

On Tuesday, January 4, A00 aluminium ingot price in China plummeted by RMB 250 per tonne to peg at RMB 20,100 per tonne. The average price for the same is expected to stand between RMB 20,080 per tonne and RMB 20,120 per tonne, with spot contract to be traded at a premium price of RMB 60-20 per tonne.

In Foshan and Linyi, the A00 aluminium ingot price has slipped by RMB 250 per tonne, to close at RMB 20,120 per tonne and RMB 20,200 per tonne, for the same day respectively. On the other hand in Wuxi and Shenyang, the price has slumped by RMB 260 per tonne to register at RMB 20,100 per tonne and RMB 20,090 per tonne. The A00 aluminium ingot price in Gongyi and Hangzhou has gone down by RMB 280 per tonne and RMB 215 per tonne, to peg at RMB 20,030 per tonne and RMB 20,150 per tonne. In Chongqing and Tianjin, the price has decreased by RMB 200 per tonne and RMB 270 per tonne, for the same day. According to the data, the price for the same has been recorded at RMB 20,160 per tonne and RMB 20,080 per tonne.

Aluminium alloys price has descended across China on January 4. Aluminium alloy (ADC12) price has gone down by RMB 150 per tonne to come in at RMB 20,450 per tonne. The average price for the same is estimated to range between RMB 20,350 per tonne and RMB 20,550 per tonne.

Aluminium alloy (A356) price has slipped by RMB 200 per tonne to total at RMB 22,050 per tonne. The average price for the same is expected to orbit between RMB 22,000 per tonne and RMB 22,100 per tonne.

Aluminium alloy (A380) price has gone down by RMB 150 per tonne to close at RMB 21,650 per tonne. The average price for the same is expected to hover between RMB 21,550 per tonne and RMB 21,750 per tonne.
