In 1995, Xian Huan-Tai Technology and Development Co., Ltd. was established after being approached by American customers to provide castings. AL CircleBiz has enlisted the company on the world’s first aluminium B2B platform to open a greater market for the Chinese dross press producer.
Recognizing the potential of the Chinese manufacturing industry, the company worked diligently to establish process control systems and a positive mindset among employees, resulting in the production of high-quality products and increased business.

Over time, the company developed a range of products for alumina and aluminium production and processing, including dross pans, slag bins, drain pans, bath pans, skim pots, sow moulds, and ingot moulds. The company also recognized the importance of durable alloys and developed a special material and heat treatment process to improve the in-house aluminium drain of its castings.
As a supplier to primary aluminium producers, secondary aluminium producers, and metal recyclers, many of whom have environmental improvement obligations, the company collaborated with an industry expert to design an aluminium dross press system that improves the aluminium recovery rate from dross. Its aluminium recovery dross press and dross pan are now widely used in the aluminium dross process industries.
In addition to providing products according to the specifications of major aluminium companies such as Alcoa, Rusal, Kaiser, Dubal, and Alba, the company also offers product modifications and design improvements to help customers increase the efficiency and lifespan of their casting products.
As the company continues to expand its presence in the global market, it has applied its successful experience to the production of mechanical products and parts for the automotive industry, railways, oil exploration, mining, agriculture, cement and concrete product manufacturing, pulp, paper and paperboard mills, and construction equipment. To ensure accurate and efficient analysis and process control, the company recently built its own in-house testing facility.
