US UBC recycling rate slips 9.2% in Nov.

Aluminum used beverage can (UBC) recycling rates reversed course in November, posting a decline after logging slight gains in October.
However, the year-to-date total stands at 1.37 billion pounds, up 3.2 percent from the 2010 year-to-date total of 1.33 billion pounds.
