LME aluminium price increases by 0.49% to US$2,865/t; SHFE market is closed for the National Day holiday
LME aluminium benchmark price soared up by 0.47 percent on Friday, October 1.
LME aluminium cash (bid) price elevated by US$13.5 to settle at US$2,864 per tonne. The LME official settlement price notched up by US$14 or by 0.49 percent to score at US$2,865 per tonne. 3-month bid price and 3-month offer price settled at US$2,880 per tonne and US$2,881 per tonne. December 22 bid price was found out to be US$2,763 per tonne and the offer price for the same day closed at US$2,628 per tonne.
LME aluminium opening stock for October 1 was recorded at 1229700 tonnes. Live warrants settled at 642750 and the cancelled warrant was found to be 586950.
LME aluminium 3-month Asian Reference Price for Friday, October 1 stood at 2853.72.
SHFE Aluminium Price Trend
The Shanghai Metal Market will be closed from October 1 to October 7 for the National Day holiday and will resume on October 8 2021.
