
According to Shanghai Metals Market, stocks of 6063 aluminium billet across five major consumption areas in China declined by 1,100 tonnes from previous week to stand at 88,400 tonnes as of Thursday, 10 June 2021.
Aluminium billet outbound volume reduced by 4,600 tonnes to 44,300 tonnes last week, a decrease of 9.4%. The inventories are expected to rise slightly next week.

Inventories of aluminium billets in Foshan and Wuxi declined by 2,300 tonnes and 2,050 tonnes from last week to stand at 40,700 tonnes and 12,960 tonnes on Thursday, 10 June 2021. The stocks in Changzhou and Huzhou remained unchanged at 5,900 tonnes and 10,000 tonnes.
But the aluminium billets inventories increased in Nanchang. The stocks were up by 3,300 tonnes to 18,800 tonnes on Thursday, 10 June 2021. The Nanchang inventories were 15,500 tonnes on last Thursday.
