AV Composites displays 100% recycled conservatory panels at Ecobuild

AV Composites markets insulating aluminium panels with a core made of extruded polystyrene that offers high levels of performance from a thermal standpoint — with U (32mm) = 0.9 W/Km² and U (52mm) = 0.5 W/Km² — and in terms of soundproofing since, for instance, the amount of noise caused by the patter of the rain is divided by four.
AV Composites, a European leader in manufacturing of innovative panel, is offering new panels for aluminium conservatory roofs so that they can make the conservatory a real living space in winter and summer alike. These panels acts a substitute for the traditional materials like polycarbonate or glass as aluminium provides an eco-friendly and economical solution beating all other materials.
Aluminum proves to be advantageous for conservatory-roofing sector as they do not rust, can be easily cut, is light, and they last 1,000 times longer than polycarbonate.
The panels even enable the users to reduce the heating costs in winter and also air-conditioning costs in summer.
The interior of these aluminium panels is white and has an additional 80% gloss level that provides a high level of luminosity. The opaqueness also reduces the greenhouse effect to a large extent.
AV Composites produces the insulating products for housing as well as public buildings following the new European regulations for environment and sustainable development.
AV Composites has plans to expand in the UK as conservatories are becoming popular among home owners over the years. This specialist company plans to look after the comfort of conservatory users and increase the acoustic, thermal and environmental performance of the space concerned.
AV Composites will attend Ecobuild 2014 trade show in London, at the EXCEL exhibition centre, from 4-6th of March this year. They will be on Stand N1026.
