ASUMH e-waste recycling event a success

Volunteers from the city of Mountain Home, Baxter County, Baxter Recycling, Start 2 Start Recycling, Ozark Mountain Solid Waste District, Friends of the North Fork and White Rivers and the Mountain Home community at large helped with the event.
During this recycling process, hazardous waste was safely and responsibly removed from electronic items, metals and plastics were reprocessed and data was wiped in compliance with the U.S. Department of Defense's standards.
Baxter Recycling Centerm 1306 Rossi Road, accepts e-waste, as well as glass, cardboard, paper products and aluminum cans, which can be dropped off any time, free.
