
A00 aluminium ingot price has soared by RMB 170 per tonne to stand at RMB 15,350 per tonne on Wednesday, November 11, marking the fourth consecutive day of rising, according to the Shanghai Metals Market data. The average prices are expected to range between RMB 15,330-15,370 per tonne, with spot contract to be traded at a premium price of RMB 0-40 per tonne, down by RMB 20 per tonne from the previous day.

In Foshan, the primary aluminium ingot price has increased the highest by RMB 230 per tonne to come in at RMB 15,350 per tonne, followed by the hike in Hangzhou by RMB 180 per tonne to RMB 15,360 per tonne, learned SMM. In Chongqing, A00 aluminium ingot price has surged by RMB 175 per tonne to RMB 15,285 per tonne and that in Wuxi and Tianjin has hiked by RMB 170 per tonne to stand at RMB 15,360 per tonne and RMB 15,320 per tonne, respectively.
In Gongyi and Shenyang, the price of primary aluminium ingot has grown by RMB 140 per tonne to stand at RMB 15,320 per tonne and RMB 15,310 per tonne, respectively, while that in Linyi has expanded by RMB 130 per tonne to RMB 15,360 per tonne.
Aluminium alloys prices have recorded a hike as well on November 11. While the prices of aluminium alloys (ADC12) and aluminium alloy (A380) have grown by RMB 50 per tonne to peg at RMB 15,400 per tonne and RMB 16,300 per tonne, respectively, the price of aluminium alloy (A356) has jumped by RMB 200 per tonne to come in at RMB 16,000 per tonne.
Coming to aluminium input costs, aluminium powder price has inched up by RMB 0.10 per kg to RMB 18.84 per kg. The average prices are expected to range between RMB 18.8-18.9 per kg.
