Shree Narmada Aluminium Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 30, 2012, inter alia, to transact the following business:1. To discuss Audited Statement of Account of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2012.2. To approve the retirement and re-appointment of Mr. V Krishna Swamy and Shri Milan R Patel.3. To approve the Draft of the Report of Board of Directors along with Corporate Governance and to authorize the Chairman to sign the same on behalf of the Board.4. To approve the resolution for convening 31st Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company.5. To decide the date of Book Closure of Register of Members for the purpose of 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company.
