Orbite announces annual and special shareholders meeting

Orbite Aluminae Inc. announces that its annual and special meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”) will be held on June 19, 2014 at 10:00 AM ET at the Fairmount The Queen Elizabeth (Jolliet Conference Room),900 René-Lévesque Blvd West, Montréal, Québec.
Orbite will also be broadcasting the Meeting live via a public Webcast. To listen to the Meeting, please visit www.orbitealuminae.com/en/investors/ prior to the start of the Meeting and follow the registration instructions. The Meeting will be held in English and French, with simultaneous translation into in both languages. The webcast will be available in French and English.
