LME aluminium decreases by 0.50% to US$2,880/t; SHFE market is closed for the National Day holiday
LME aluminium benchmark price surged 0.51 percent on Wednesday, October 6.
LME aluminium cash (bid) price reduced by US$15 to settle at US$2,879 per tonne. LME aluminium official settlement price lowered by US$14.5 or by 0.50 percent to close at US$2,880 per tonne. 3-month bid price and 3-month offer price stood at US$2,887 per tonne and US$2,888 per tonne. December 22 bid price was recorded at US$2,780 per tonne and the offer price for the same day closed at US$2,785 per tonne.
LME aluminium opening stock for October 6 stood at 1198425 tonnes. Live warrants for the same day settled at 644550 and cancelled warrant was found out to be 553875.
LME aluminium 3-month Asian Reference Price for Wednesday, October 6 closed at 2920.65.
SHFE Aluminium Price Trend
The Shanghai Metal Market will be closed from October 1 to October 7 for the National Day holiday and will resume on October 8 2021.
