Keep Kids Connected to host aluminum can recycling day

Keep Kids Connected, a local nonprofit organization that provides Netbook computers to kids with cancer or other life-threatening illness, will be hosting an aluminum beverage can recycling day on Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon at the Tradition Bank branch located on Pin Oak in Katy.
The tabs are removed from the cans and donated to the Ronald McDonald House in Houston and the cans are recycled with the proceeds used to purchase computers.
