Gujarat Government permits Orient Abrasives to sell 301,072 MT of bauxite

The Government of Gujarat on September 24, 2012 has given their approval to Orient Abrasives Ltd for domestic sale / export of 301,072 MT low grade raw bauxite subject to fulfillment of certain terms and conditions as mentioned in their letter.
The Orient Abrasives Ltd stock was trading at Rs.9.05, up by Rs.1.05 or 13.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.9.60 and low of Rs.8.39.
The total traded quantity was 1.73 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.19 lakhs.
