Nicky Purcaro, the Co-Founder, established three foundational principles for the business. The company has followed a strict no-pressure selling policy since its formation. The firm does not operate on bank holidays or during Christmas, prioritising employee and family well-being. Business ownership was placed in the names of the founders’ children, reinforcing long-term commitment and accountability. These principles reflect a value-driven, family-oriented governance model guiding the company’s operations.
Commercial projects currently account for around 60 per cent of the company’s turnover, while the retail segment is expanding through business purchase and a new ownership interest in Eden Windows Doors & Conservatories, strengthening its presence in Kent and Greater London.
