Cardiff-based fabricator Dudley’s Aluminium has recently added four new team members as part of its expansion plans. The appointments are a part of the company’s growth curve in recent years and also highlight how they are prepping for the major projects in 2026 and beyond.
Key appointments in diverse roles
Steven Fry, Paul Hale, Wayne Williams, and Steve Lewis have joined Dudley’s Aluminium’s newly formed departments, including Design, Financial Estimation, and Installation. The company’s headcount has leapt from 54 last year to 63 in 2025.
With more than 40 years of experience in the domain of construction design and 15 years specifically in glazing and facade design, Fry’s joining certainly strengthens Dudley’s design capabilities and ensures high-quality project delivery in the future.
Hale and Williams, who have taken on installation manager roles, bring 30 years of combined experience in the glass and glazing sector, along with a track record of working on prestigious projects such as the Edgbaston rail platform, Wimbledon Court One, Old Brains Brewery, and BskyB in London. Moreover, Williams has dedicated experience in commercial projects across multiple sectors, including landmark developments in Bristol.

Lewis, the new estimator, brings 30 years of experience specifically in the glass and aluminium industry. Ranging from residential and commercial to national assignments, Lewis adds value with his high-precision insights about project values.
