Key appointments in diverse roles

Steven Fry, Paul Hale, Wayne Williams, and Steve Lewis have joined Dudley’s Aluminium’s newly formed departments, including Design, Financial Estimation, and Installation. The company’s headcount has leapt from 54 last year to 63 in 2025.

With more than 40 years of experience in the domain of construction design and 15 years specifically in glazing and facade design, Fry’s joining certainly strengthens Dudley’s design capabilities and ensures high-quality project delivery in the future.

Hale and Williams, who have taken on installation manager roles, bring 30 years of combined experience in the glass and glazing sector, along with a track record of working on prestigious projects such as the Edgbaston rail platform, Wimbledon Court One, Old Brains Brewery, and BskyB in London. Moreover, Williams has dedicated experience in commercial projects across multiple sectors, including landmark developments in Bristol.

Pablo Shorney, finance director at Dudley’s Aluminium, said, “Steven, Paul, Wayne, and Steve bring exceptional experience and knowledge to our team. Their skills will be vital as we continue to grow and deliver on an ambitious project pipeline.

“These roles are entirely new and reflect the company’s commitment to building a team capable of handling increased demand and exciting future projects. Having team members with prior experience at Dudley’s ensures a smooth transition and strengthens our ability to deliver excellence across every project.”
