China’s A00 aluminium ingot price drops to RMB18,750/t; Alumina price inches down by RMB1/t
On Wednesday, April 26, China’s A00 aluminium ingot price has fallen by RMB 80 per tonne to halt at RMB 18,750 per tonne, with the spot contract price expected to be traded at a discount price of RMB 20 to a premium price of RMB 20 per tonne. The average prices are expected to orbit between RMB 18,730 per tonne and RMB 18,770 per tonne.
The A00 aluminium ingot price has shown downfall in all the 8 major provinces. The prices in Linyi and Tianjin have dropped by RMB 110 per tonne and RMB 100 per tonne to settle at RMB 18,770 per tonne. As per the data, in Wuxi, the price has decreased by RMB 85 per tonne to peg at RMB 18,740 per tonne. In Foshan and Huzhou, the prices have slipped by RMB 90 per tonne to score at RMB 18,870 per tonne and RMB 18,770 per tonne. On the same day, prices in Gongyi and Shenyang have descended by RMB 70 per tonne to settle at RMB 18,660 per tonne and RMB 18,790 per tonne. In Chongqing, the A00 aluminium ingot price has dipped by RMB 60 per tonne to reach RMB 18,930 per tonne.
The average alumina spot price has moved down by RMB 1 per tonne to come in at RMB 2,897 per tonne. The price in Guangxi has decreased by RMB 5 per tonne to halt at RMB 2,795 per tonne.
The domestic price of low carbon aluminium has descended by RMB 90 per tonne to reside at RMB 19,425 per tonne. The high purity aluminium (99.99%) price and high purity aluminium (99.996%) price have dwindled by RMB 100 per tonne to stop at RMB 26,500 per tonne and RMB 27,500 per tonne.
The aluminium alloys (ADC12) price and aluminium alloy (A356) price have contracted by RMB 100 per tonne to clock at RMB 19,150 per tonne and RMB 19,600 per tonne. The average price for (ADC12) is expected to orbit between RMB 19,050 per tonne and RMB 19,250 per tonne. For aluminium alloy (A356) is expected to range between RMB 19,400 per tonne and RMB 19,800 per tonne. On the same day, aluminium alloy (A380) price has descended by RMB 100 per tonne to close at RMB 20,150 per tonne, with the average prices expected to range between RMB 20,050 per tonne and RMB 20,250 per tonne.
