Chinalco SWA Forge Plant creates new production record

Chinalco Southwest Aluminum Group Co., Ltd’s forge plant grasped key emphasis in work to promote technological innovation and make great efforts to tubing production in 2012, at the end of November the plant’s extrusion workshop production increased 55% yoy, which has broke the former highest annual output recprd, created new high in tuding production.
Yan Jianming who is the director of extrusion workshop said, according to the target market and self production condition, tubing production was the largest advantage for them.
In terms of positive tubing market, especially the large demand in laege scale thin-wall tubing market, the extrusion workshop conducted improvement of professional tools that applied in the production of tubing, endeavoured to make high quality hardware for tubing production.
Yan Jianming said the tolerance of tubing production tool contained biggest changes, also were the key factor for tubing production. Summarized previous production experiences and problems, this workshop organized handlers and technicians to launch extensive discussion and improve tool construction.
