China January Bauxite Imports Reach 3.1214 Million Tons

According to the China Customs, China imported 3.1214 million tons bauxite in January, up by 6.61% on YoY basis. And the average unit price for the imported bauxite is $45.69/ton.
In January, the main importing country of bauxite is Indonesia, with volume of 2.4147 million tons, up by 4.77% on YoY basis. And the average price is $43.18/ton. The import volume from Australia is 661,300 tons, up by 40.41% on YoY basis, with average price of $54.72/ton.
