China aluminium scrap demand to outpace supply and lift prices

Bloomberg quoted Mr Gerardo Solorio an analyst at Harbor Intelligence said China demand for scrap aluminum will continue to outpace domestic supply, keeping the global market for the metal tight and supporting prices.
He said that supply tightness is being exacerbated by growth in the North American automotive industry which is making up for sluggishness in Chinese car production.
