Bozemanites Create Art With Aluminum Recycling

Participants carved out their custom design, making a mold which was then cast with melted aluminum cans.
It was a celebration of Library Kids' Workshop day and a fundraiser for the Bozeman Sculpture Park's upcoming show.
Representatives with the Bozeman Sculpture Park say the project was a way to raise awareness about the park, while helping kids to understand recycling and get involved in art.
Bozeman Sculpture Park Board Officer Jospeh Keith says it was a green event, fitting for Bozeman.
"It's a very artisitc community. People here are really concerned about their environment so, this is a great project to tie the two of them together," says Keith.
The Bozeman Sculpture Park sold over 30 molds at $10-$20 a piece.
