Alumina spot price in China grows by RMB10/t to RMB2,816/t; A00 aluminium ingot price mounts to RMB 19,290/t
The average alumina spot price in China ascended by RMB 10 per tonne to settle at RMB 2,816 per tonne, followed by a growth of RMB 20 per tonne in Shanxi to close at RMB 2,850 per tonne on Thursday, December 1. On the same day, prices in Guangxi and Henan increased by RMB 15 per tonne and RMB 10 per tonne to halt at RMB 2,725 per tonne and RMB 2,900 per tonne. In Shandong and Guizhou, the prices went up by RMB 5 per tonne to reside at RMB 2,745 per tonne and RMB 2,760 per tonne. Only in Lianyungang and Bayuquan, the prices showed no change to close at RMB 2,875 per tonne and RMB 2,900 per tonne.
As per the SMM data, the A00 aluminium ingot price has hiked by RMB 320 per tonne to settle at RMB 19,290 per tonne, with the average prices standing between RMB 19,270 per tonne and RMB 19,310 per tonne. The spot contract price is expected to be traded at a premium price of RMB 40 to RMB 80 per tonne.
The price in Wuxi has expanded by RMB 300 per tonne to peg at RMB 19,265 per tonne. A00 aluminium ingot price in Hangzhou, Chongqing and Shenyang has surged by RMB 290 per tonne to score at RMB 19,275 per tonne, RMB 19,350 per tonne and RMB 19,210 per tonne. Prices in Linyi and Gongyi have gained by RMB 270 per tonne to come in at RMB 19,290 per tonne and RMB 19,110 per tonne. Foshan and Tianjin recorded a growth of RMB 280 per tonne and RMB 250 per tonne to clock at RMB 19,300 per tonne and RMB 19,240 per tonne.
The domestic price of low carbon aluminium in China has dropped by RMB 210 per tonne to peg at RMB 19,621 per tonne. The high purity aluminium (99.99%) price and high purity aluminium (99.996%) price has elevated by RMB 300 per tonne to close at RMB 27,300 per tonne and RMB 28,300 per tonne.

Aluminium alloy (A356) price has gained RMB 300 per tonne to halt at RMB 20,550 per tonne, with the average prices ranging between RMB 20,400 per tonne and RMB 20,700 per tonne. The price of aluminium alloys (ADC12) and aluminium alloy (A380) has climbed up by RMB 100 per tonne to record RMB 19,450 per tonne and RMB 20,450 per tonne. The average price for aluminium alloys (ADC12) is expected to stand between RMB 19,350 per tonne and RMB 19,550 per tonne. For aluminium alloy (A380), the average price may orbit between RMB 20,350 per tonne and RMB 20,550 per tonne.
