Alubond Europe manufacturing and commercial facility opens at Serbia, Europe

The world's largest brand of aluminum composite panels Alubond U.S.A, a product of Mulk Holdings, has achieved a significant milestone by opening a 4 hectare state of the art manufacturing and commercial facility in Europe at Banatski Karlovac, Serbia.

The opening ceremony was held in the facility on November 10th with the Vojvodinian Prime Minister Dr. Bojan Pajtic and over 250 Guests representing Alubond Europe's Network of 32 Countries from Europe & CIS.

Some of the Key guests attending the event were the Provincial Secretary of Economy, Employment and Gender Equality, Miroslav Vasin, President of the municipality Dusan Jovanovic, The Economic Attache Indian Embassy Vinay Kumar and the Chief of Ajman Police Mr. Ali Abdulla Ali Binalwan Al Nuaimi.

The Nationally Televised opening Ceremony involved over 100 Performers with Flame Throwers, Stilt Walkers, Acrobats, Music Groups, and Serbian Folk Dances thrilling the elite Guests.

This opening marked the importance of Mulk Holding's investment in the Republic of Serbia as a Strategic location with Free Trade Agreements with both EU & Russia.

This state of the art facility will serve as the production and operations base for the entire European region and all CIS countries.

The sprawling 20,000 Sq/ft luxuriously designed Offices will also serve as Global Design Centre for Mulk Holdings and European branch for New Product Developments like Aluminum Coil Coatings and Solar Range of Products.

Alubond Europe started its commercial operations in Pancevo in 2010 in a leased Facility and in a short amount of time, managed to penetrate the most demanding European markets with its products and build a strong equity for Alubond USA.

Mid-last year, Alubond Europe expanded its investment by purchasing an existing industrial facility and transforming it into this European Head Quarters.

Mr Shaji Ul Mulk the chairman of Mulk holdings, expressed that the company would like to work towards the economic growth of the Vovjvodinian region and further expand the brand to serve the European markets.

The new facility is a 6-million-dollars Phase One Investment out of a total 20-million-dollar investment. A new contemporary Aluminum Coating Line of 12,000 Tons capacity will be installed in mid-2013. The facility will also assemble ABTI Fire Rated Sub Strcuture Systems and Solar Energy Systems.

Following the factories in the U.S.A, the United Arab Emirates and India, the factory in Serbia will contribute to the brand conquering new high potential markets while meeting region specific demands of the European market with a total of 11 production lines and a combined worldwide capacity of 28,000, 000 m² by 2013.

Alubond U.S.A FR brand is currently one of the largest selling aluminum composite panels in the world with a total of 60.000.000 m² built-in facades on all over the world. The new metal composites Alubond USA FR is able to form light, ventilated, easy to maintain façade cladding which is frequently applied in new contemporary facilities.

The increasing use of Alubond U.S.A FR has contributed to growing sales in the entire European region. The company's plan for this year is to finish setting up a distribution network that covers Europe and Russia.
