Polygon has broadened its aggressive trail bike lineup with three new aluminium‑framed models, the Collosus T5, T6, and T8, designed to offer rugged capability without a premium price tag. These additions bring modern geometry, adaptable features and confidence‑inspiring performance to more riders.
Trail-ready geometry and adjustable design
The aluminium Collosus T bikes mirror the travel and angles of their carbon counterparts, tuned for both descending power and climbing comfort:
• 160 mm suspension travel up front
• 64.5° head angle, adjustable to 63.75° with headset cups
• 77° effective seat tube angle for efficient climbing
• Reach ranging from 440 mm to 505 mm across frame sizes
• Adjustable bottom bracket height
• Flip chip for switching between 29″ or mixed (MX) wheel setups
These geometry tweaks give riders the flexibility to tailor ride dynamics to terrain and personal preference.
Built‑in trail features
Polygon has integrated practical and performance‑focused design elements into the aluminium frames:
• IFS Compact suspension: A twin‑link rear suspension system offering 140 mm travel that improves traction and pedalling efficiency.
• PolyPocket frame storage: Hidden downtube storage with a Velcro insert for tools and spares, keeping essentials secure and quiet.
• 29″ and MX wheel compatibility with flip chips for handling different trail styles.
