The project marks Poongjeon Bicheol’s efforts to upgrade its management systems and enhance data utilisation. The firm deployed Younglimwon’s K-System Ace, integrating core operations, including management, sales, procurement, production, human resources and finance, into a unified platform. It also standardised the data frameworks and streamlined workflows.
The system introduces a refined cost management structure by incorporating by-product-based costing while enabling real-time access to management data.
“With this ERP rollout, companywide operations have been connected into a single system, and we can use management information more quickly and precisely,” a Poongjeon Bicheol official said. “We believe we will be able to confirm tangible improvement effects in cost management and production operations.”
Yoon-kyung Park, vice president at Younglimwon SoftLab, noted, “In the non-ferrous metal industry, the precision of cost and inventory management is directly linked to corporate competitiveness.”
She added,"We supported smooth data-driven management by reflecting Poongjeon Bicheol's industry characteristics and operating environment. We will continue to support digital transformation and stronger competitiveness for manufacturing companies based on our industry-specialised ERP capabilities."
