Aluminium is a popular metal of choice for mobile phone and car manufacturers due to its light weight properties.Now, HTC claims to have come out iwth the world's first full aluminium bodied phone without any plastic elements
Launched in London and New York, the phone is unlike any of its predecessors which have plastic and polycarbonate parts.
HTC say they are the first company to launch a phone with a full aluminium body and are hoping the phone will compete with Apple’s iphone 5 and Samsung’s Galaxy S3.
Available for purchase from next month, the HTC One will also be available in red. Aluminium is a popular choice of metal for mobile phones manufacturers due to its lightweight properties.
