WINDALCO slapped with enforcement notices over fish kill
The National Environment and Planning Agency (NEPA) has served three enforcement notices on bauxite company, WINDALCO, over the discharge of industrial effluent into Old Johns Gully in Ewarton, St Catherine.

The release of noxious substance, which caused the death of several fishes, prompted NEPA to issue a warning to the public.
