The pearl-shaped island nation in South Asia, Sri Lanka recorded 375 tonnes of aluminium cans in 2018-19 and the foreign revenue expended for the import accounted for $1.70 million. The import for 2020 stood at 2440 tonnes and the expenditure remained at $2.90 million. The import for 2020 stood at 2927 tonnes and the expenditure stood at $8.15 million. The Central European nation, Poland recorded an import of 54,872 tonnes of aluminium cans during 2019-20 and the expenditure occurred for the import was accounted for $262.79 million.
