<p>One of the leading Metal Additive Manufacturing or 3D Printing Company Sintavia, LLC has announced that it has developed full end-to-end parameters for producing additively manufactured parts in F357 aluminium, as well as other Al-Si alloys to be used in precision manufacturing.<br /><br />Sintavia&rsquo;s developed its exclusive process for printing F357 aluminium powder to cater to aerospace and automotive industry needs, to manufacture components with low density, good processability, and heat conductivity.&nbsp; Usually, aluminium alloy parts are manufactured using traditional casting processes. The procedure covers not only pre-build material analysis but also post-production heat treatment and stress relief.&nbsp;&nbsp; The AM components designed by the firm exceeds original design strength by up to 125%. Sintavia&rsquo;s parts are designed to survive ambient, elevated, and sub-zero temperatures.<br /><br />OEMs are looking for improved quality and reduced lead times from their manufacturing supply chains. Sintavia caters to this need while offering elite powder analysis, post-processing, and mechanical testing on-site taking advantage of the speed benefits of AM.</p>
