China's A00 aluminium ingot price moves up by RMB60/t; Low carbon aluminium price mounts to RMB18,932/t

On Tuesday, March 14, A00 aluminium ingot price in China went up by RMB 60 per tonne to halt at RMB 18,280, with the spot contract price expected to be traded at a discount price of RMB 30 per tonne and premium price of RMB 10 per tonne. The average price is expected to range between RMB 18,260 per tonne and RMB 18,300 per tonne.
The A00 aluminium ingot price has experienced growth in all the major provinces except Tianjin, where the price has gone down by RMB 20 per tonne to close at RMB 18,280 per tonne. The price in Foshan has surged by RMB 100 per tonne to clock at RMB 18,350. As per the data, Chongqing's price has increased by RMB 70 per tonne to peg at RMB 18,390 per tonne. On the same day, the prices in Wuxi and Hangzhou went up by RMB 60 per tonne to arrive at RMB 18,275 per tonne and RMB 18,320 per tonne. In Shenyang and Linyi, the prices have grown by RMB 30 per tonne to close at RMB 18,280 per tonne and RMB 18,330 per tonne.
The domestic price of low carbon aluminium in China has ascended by RMB 80 per tonne to stop at RMB 18,932 per tonne. The Australian alumina FOB price has inched down by US$1 per tonne to close at US$365 per tonne.
The high purity aluminium (99.99%) price and high purity aluminium (99.996%) price have expanded by RMB 100 per tonne to come in at RMB 26,100 per tonne and RMB 27,100 per tonne. On the same day, the price of aluminium alloy (A356) has increased by RMB 50 per tonne to stand at RMB 19,300 per tonne, with the average prices standing between RMB 19,100 per tonne and RMB 19,500 per tonne.
