LME cash price of aluminum up again

The aluminum cash price rose 1.1 percent on Jan. 9, 2013, making it the day’s biggest mover. After two days of falling prices on the LME, it closed at $2,026 per metric ton.
After falling for two days, the aluminum 3-month price rose 1 percent on the LME to $2,061 per metric ton.
The cash price of primary Indian aluminum finished the market day up 1 percent per kilogram.
Chinese aluminum prices closed flat for the day.
