LME aluminium price graph drops to $3,228/t as stocks dip by 0.31% on September 24

The London Metal Exchange (LME) aluminium price graph continues to drop across the pricing and contract segments on the September 24 trading session, reporting declines over the September 23 close.
The LME aluminium cash bid slumped from USD 3,239.5 per tonne to USD 3,227 per tonne, rising 0.39 per cent. The offer price moved from USD 3,240 per tonne to USD 3,228 per tonne, dropping by 0.37 per cent.

The LME aluminium three-month bid contracted from USD 3,258 per tonne to USD 3,252 per tonne, decreasing by 0.18 per cent. The offer price plunged from USD 3,260 per tonne to USD 3,252.5 per tonne, representing a 0.23 per cent dip.
Both the December 27 bid and offer prices reported a 0.09 per cent decline. The bid, slipping to USD 3,177 per tonne from USD 3,180 per tonne, and the offer closed at USD 3,182 per tonne, decreasing from USD 3,185 per tonne.

The LME aluminium three-month Asian Reference Price closed at USD 3,250 per tonne on September 24.
On the aluminium inventory front, the LME aluminium opening stocks dipped from 242,125 tonnes on September 23 to 241,375 tonnes on September 24, marking a 0.31 per cent decline.
Live warrants reported no change from 238,475 tonnes as the previous session.
Cancelled warrants remained stable at 2,900 tonnes.
Similarly, LME alumina Platts remained unchanged at USD 354.45 per tonne on September 24.
