

As per the announcement of Jushen Logistics Group, via one of its indirectly held subsidiaries, it has been able to secure a three-year contract worth USD 134 million. This deal has been made for three years for moving the bauxite from the port to the ships, which are deemed to be waiting offshore in Guinea.
{alcircleadd}As announced by the parent company based in Foshan yesterday, the contract with customers, who have not been identified for confidentiality reasons, has been inked by Hong Kong Shenrui Shipping. To this, Jushen further added that it has no affiliation with the client.

In order to produce aluminium, bauxite is considered the main ore and is also used for making a variety of products, starting from transportation, construction, to packaging, power cables and consumer electronics. The deal, if properly worked as per the plan, will create a positive impact on Jushen Logistics' earnings and financial results. This would be significantly possible because the deal will enhance the firm's core capabilities and further influence the market, aiding in desired business growth.
From January to September 2025, the firm reported a dip in its net profit by 12 per cent year-on-year, bringing the value down to USD 8.5 million (CNY 59.2 million). However, the firm's operating revenue showed a good outcome with a good rise of 82 per cent, reaching USD 186 million (CNY 1.3 billion).
Established in November 2011, the company specialises in providing logistics services for bulk commodities, including aluminium, copper, zinc, tin, alumina, industrial silicon, stainless steel and polyvinyl chloride. On January 6 2026, the shares of the firm closed mostly flat in Shenzhen trading, slipping by just 0.1 per cent to USD 2.28 (CNY 15.93) per share.
