The Australian West Perth-based Impact Minerals Limited is set to release 12 million ordinary shares from escrow on July 27, 2026. This would mark a key milestone after the expiry of the initial escrow period related to its acquisition of an 80 per cent stake in Playa One Pty Ltd, the owner of the Lake Hope High Purity Alumina (HPA) Project.
{alcircleadd}The release follows the expiry of the initial escrow period linked to the transaction and complies with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A.
The Lake Hope project is central to Impact Minerals' strategy to establish a presence in the growing high-purity alumina market, a critical material which serves applications such as lithium-ion batteries, semiconductors, LEDs and synthetic sapphire.

In parallel with the project, the acquisition also included intellectual property related to HPA processing. This is expected to position Impact Minerals in a fast-growing speciality minerals segment.
While nearly 12 million shares will become freely tradeable later this month, a further 2.37 million shares will remain under escrow until November 13, 2026, creating a staggered release schedule. The escrow expiry removes trading restrictions on existing securities, thereby potentially improving market liquidity.
Impact Minerals is continuing to advance the Lake Hope HPA project, with the escrow releases to be made in phases. This indicates the post-acquisition timeline and the project's development, which is in progress.
Investors are likely to monitor future updates as the remaining escrow securities are released later in 2026 and the project moves through its next stages of development.
