
Hydro Aluminium Deeside and Association of Voluntary Organisations in Wrexham (AVOW) are offering £500 grants to support sports and cultural organisations during Covid-19 in Wrexham.
The Wrexham-based Hydro Aluminium Deeside has an aluminium remelting facility in Wrexham. The plant has annual production capacity of 60,000 metric tons of extrusion ingot.

Managing Director, Wayne Clifton, Deeside Aluminium said; “we strongly believe it is important to support our local communities and so are offering four £500 grants to local sports or cultural organisations who need to adapt to the new situations we are faced with as a result of the pandemic”.
Hydro continued to support local communities who are experiencing different challenges because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The company is maintaining its focus on employees’ health and safety.
