Greco awarded railing package in two residential high-rise towers

Greco Aluminum Railings Ltd., was selected to design and manufacture the railings on two 36-story towers, the 3 eleven Bowie apartment tower in downtown Austin, and the Key West Condos in Etobicoke, located in Toronto, Ontario’s lakeshore area, according to a Dec. 3 company release.
The 3 eleven Bowie project will offer 358 apartment units and 2 levels of office space, and will feature more than 7,000 linear feet of Greco’s aluminum railing system with laminated, obscure glass. Stainless Fabricators Inc. out of Odessa, Fla., will serve as Greco’s distributor and will provide installation services. The project is scheduled to be completed by the third quarter of 2014.
The Key West Condos tower is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2015 and will have 343 private residential units. The high-rise condominium will feature more than 10,000 linear feet of Greco’s fully welded aluminum railing with glass infill panels. The railings are scheduled to be delivered in spring of 2014.
