Garmat aluminum repair station offers the basic isolation for aluminum repair process. The unit contains heavy weight weld view curtains, suspended from column or ceiling supported, and upgradation can be done by addition of a full ceiling equipped with lighting (high efficiency).
The AlumaSAFE 50 offers the necessary isolation for welding or any other repair processes for aluminum. The AlumaSAFE 100 and AlumaSAFE 500 have an additional fan unit that allows both these models to be even used for grinding operations.
The AlumaSAFE 100 aluminium repair station is a non-pressurized system that features recirculating cross draft airflow, 3 stages high efficiency filtration like HEPA and Fortex spark arrestor panels. The AlumaSAFE 500 has an elaborated design with the addition of a fully lit plenum for a better working area.
All the AlumaSAFE models are fully contained and it does not require outside ducting for installation.
