Orbite Aluminae Inc. is pleased to announce that Mr. Richard Boudreault, CEO of Orbite, was invited to make a presentation at the 2011 Industrial Minerals conference on October 18 in Toronto.This conference brings together leaders from across North America that will discuss new developments in the industrial minerals industry.
In his presentation, Mr. Boudreault will explain how Orbite has developed an innovative technology process for transforming aluminous clays (argillite) into two forms of alumina and rare earth by-products. Orbite's patented process has the potential to become a viable substitute for the Bayer process currently used throughout the aluminum industry and would give alumina producers around the world access to a more affordable and environmentally friendly alternative.
