ESS develops world's first viable & sustainable red mud solutions

<p>Earth Sustaining Sciences (ESS) that creates and delivers eco-societally sustainable solutions has developed a solution for neutralizing and managing red mud. Data derived from initial single cell reactor stages was used to construct a multi-stage, multiple-biological manifold system which was continuously fed a 50/50 effluent combination of red mud and caustic processing effluent.&rdquo;</p> <p>ESS in partnership with the Earth Sustaining Sciences Institute has demonstrated their Symbiotic Aquatic BioReactor (SABR) process to find a solution to the red mud issue.
