
EPIQ Machinery has reportedly acquired Stymer Technologies, a Pune-based Engineering services company, under ADF Engineering, a subsidiary of EPIQ Machinery. The news came on Thursday, September 14, after the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Éloïse Harvey; Operation Manager, Bhushan Bachhav; and Vice President, Nilesh Shelke, confirmed the transaction between EPIQ and Stymer.

EPIQ Machinery is delighted with this acquisition as it aligns with their growth vision and commitment to timely delivery of high-quality materials handling systems to primary metals, pulp and paper mills, and hydrometallurgy customers.
Stymer Technologies specialises in engineering services. It offers support for engineering, product development, detailing, and analysis needs to its customers, primarily from India, the Middle East, and Europe.
On the acquisition, Stymer Technologies will work with EPIQ Machinery and extend its full support in designing EPIQ’s equipment. The objective is to leverage Stymer’s specialisation and provide the finest engineering services to customers.
Thirty engineers from Stymer will join EPIQ’s team of over 600 employees spread across various operating sites in Canada, India, France, and the Middle East. This will strengthen EPIQ’s workforce required to deliver more and better services under the highest industry standards.
EPIQ Machinery offers global solutions of innovative equipment to improve the handling and process flow of an aluminium smelter.
